Real homes.
Real windows and doors.
Every project here is a home we have actually worked on across the Puget Sound. Browse by neighborhood and see the kind of craftsmanship you can expect.
Twenty-two years of replacement window and door work across Seattle and the surrounding communities. This is a small slice of it.
Mercer Island Glass Pavilion
Two stories of west-facing glazing, 40 feet across, engineered for the wind load coming off Lake Washington.
Queen Anne View Home
A full facade re-glaze, 28 units in black fiberglass, with frames slim enough to disappear at dusk.
Medina Great Room
Double-height picture windows over the lake, hung plumb within a sixteenth across a 22-foot wall.
Clyde Hill Kitchen
A single 9-foot picture window over the island, with Low-E glass that keeps the marble cool in July.
Issaquah Highlands Hillside
A corner multi-slide that opens two walls at once, pocketing six panels back to the view deck.
Broadmoor Estate Remodel
41 oversized openings replaced in nine days, every frame matched to the original masonry lines.

Start Your ProjectWhat changes when we replace a window
Most homeowners notice three things right away: the house is quieter, the rooms hold their temperature better, and drafts near the glass disappear. Old single-pane or worn double-pane windows lose that seal over time, and the frames can swell, stick, or let air past the weatherstripping.
We install Low-E glass with an argon gas fill in every replacement, sealed and flashed to current code, and we clean up the jobsite before we leave. The photos here are the after: the same craftsmanship you would see if we opened up the wall on your project the next morning.
